Onetime Travels Limited is an Organization that understands the rule of law and its implication. We value our clients and their information submitted to us. This material, will and shall always be treated as confidential and handled for the same purpose as agreed and required of Onetime Travels Limited.
Consequently, it is also an obligation of the client to handle all information provided to them by the company as private. This information will include;
- Documents Provided
- Information verbally said
- Information through other avenues of communication e.g WhatsApp, Email, Phone calls, etc

How to begin the process
It is with much indulgency here at Onetime Travels Limited to honour and respect any client coming to our offices to request of our services. We are always obligated to have you as our customer. We have a brief process where clients are required to;
- Come to the office or call our office lines.
- Have a one on one talk with officer in charge.
- After we agree, sign a ready to Start my job form.
- Avail documents.
- Pay a commitment fee which varies depending on the job engagement.
- Issued with a company receipt.
How and when to make payment
How and when to make payment
After beginning the process with one of our officers at the office, the client will be required to share the kind of work they want to engage in. This will be done by filling the Start my job form which will clearly state the client is ready to commence work.
This is how and when to make payments;
- Fill the Start my job form.
- Pay the commitment fee.
- The officer will guide whether to pay the whole amount immediately or later depending of the kind of job.
NB: there are jobs that will need immediate payment or installments.
Copyright Ownership
I agree that all copyrightable material prepared by the Company within the scope of me being a customer with Onetime Travels Limited Company is ‘Works made for hire (Pay)’ and, consequently, that the Company owns all copyrights thereto. The Company shall not take it lightly should any copyright information belonging the company be misused in the public without the Company’s consent.
Such information/material is as mentioned below;
- Facilitation fees charged
Onetime Travels Limited will and shall only review payment mode or an appreciation token to any of its subjects doing the work for purposes of official content to be used by Onetime Travels to the public. - Documentation used for work
Any document used belonging to a third party on a request basis by Onetime Travels Limited shall be in a specific course which will be on an agreeable mode e.g. MoU, Partnership records etc. - Face and body image
Our company shall always do consultation before engaging anyone’s face or body image for business gain. We will have a mutual/official agreement (Consent documents) so that we have an elaborate engagement with our subjects. - Third Party Property
Any property belonging to another, used for official publication shall be well protected by the company under the confidentiality document which will serve both Company Officers and its Subjects.
NB: Onetime Travels Limited shall not be liable of any information used or given to anyone through an unknown person for the above purposes other than the designated Onetime Travels Officer.
Assignment
The company shall seek for your consent to know more about you and what you do right when you sign the consent form in order to authenticate and build up the right information when working. The company may seek clarification from time to time, so you will be required to provide contact details in for us to contact you with ease.
Such information shall include and not limited to;
- Right Title
- Marital Status
- Academic Documents
- Work Background
- Parental Status
- Interest/Hobbies
Termination
Onetime Travels is comprised of a very hard working team that is dedicated to results. We are in a very understanding environment which enables clients see value of work ahead and its success. We therefore may not really want termination of work. However, this may happen if one is;
- Unable to pay the commitment fees
- Unable to provide the right information
- Insulting/abusing the Servicing Officer
- Giving wrong information
